Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance. This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling, and an understanding of private equity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling:** Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
  • Reporting:** Prepare and present financial statements and reports to executives and PE stakeholders.
  • Cash Flow Management:** Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Compliance:** Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
  • Investment Analysis:** Evaluate potential investments and acquisitions, conducting due diligence.
  • Cost Management:** Implement cost controls and monitor expenses.
  • Stakeholder Communication:** Liaise with PE partners, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
  • Experience in a PE-backed company, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High integrity and results-oriented.
